Insurance

We accept all dental insurance plans, but we are an out of network provider, which means that we do not participate within a plans contracted network. Any services not covered are the responsibility of the patient.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless arrangements are made otherwise. As of Jan 1, 2023 a 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments processed over the phone.
